Lead .Net Full Stack Developer

Lincoln, NE (Day 1 Onsite, Monday to Friday)

We re hiring for a Lead .Net Full Stack Developer who can work onsite in Lincoln, NE. The manager is ready to interview next week, so we're moving quickly.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with .Net Core and React

  • Experience with Azure and Microservices

  • .Net modernization work (good to have)

  • Financial or banking industry experience

  • 4-5 years of team leadership experience


Role Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in full stack web application development

  • Strong backend experience with .NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server (writing complex stored procedures, views, functions, etc.)

  • Solid front-end experience with React (required), plus JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery

  • Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and 3rd-party APIs

  • Familiar with design patterns, performance tuning, and code optimization

  • Comfortable using GitHub, TFS, and CI/CD tools

  • Good understanding of App Services, Azure Functions, and cloud-based deployments

  • Experience writing unit tests with NUnit, XUnit, MSTest, etc.

  • Ability to do code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage defect fixes

  • Strong communication and collaboration with onsite and offshore teams

  • Able to work independently and handle complex projects under tight deadlines

  • Comfortable documenting technical solutions and explaining them to stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

  • 12 to 14+ years of hands-on development experience
