Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 13+ years of expertise in Salesforce Development, Customization, and Administration. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, with proven experience in delivering full-cycle Salesforce implementations and enterprise-grade Force.com applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Perform advanced Salesforce customizations, integrations, and configurations to align with business needs.
  • Develop and optimize batch processes, triggers, workflows, flows, and custom objects.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including administrators, architects, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 13+ years of overall IT experience with at least 10+ years in Salesforce Development & Customization.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Batch Apex.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Salesforce project implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products, features, and ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, etc.).
  • Experience delivering custom Force.com enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration (profiles, roles, permission sets, security settings, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect) preferred.
