Job Details

The Supply Chain Costing Analyst bridges supply chain operations and corporate accounting by ensuring accurate inventory costing, audit readiness, and reconciliation between inventory subledgers and the General Ledger. This role supports financial visibility through process documentation, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document and manage end-to-end inventory costing workflows and system integrations

  • Prepare and support year-end inventory audits and reconcile inventory-to-GL variances

  • Develop costing documentation and train Finance and Reporting teams as superusers

  • Establish best practices for PO accrual clearing and costing controls

  • Partner with FP&A to improve margin and yield-related costing analysis


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Strong understanding of inventory costing and accounting principles

  • Experience with ERP costing modules (Oracle Fusion preferred)

  • Strong process documentation and analytical skills
