MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Data Warehousing experience is a must.
- Genesys cloud experience is must.
- 60%- 70% business. 40% technical.
- Capable of running a project.
Required qualifications:
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, both business and IT
- Technical project management and ownership
- Change control and testing management
- Enterprise data warehouse experience
- Business operational and historical reporting
- Contact center experience
- Genesys Cloud CX and/or A3S
Preferred qualifications:
- DataHub, data stewardship, knowledge management
- Snowflake, AWS, SQL
- Tableau
