RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant IV in Atlanta, GA.

Duties:
* Outbound Sales Consultant IV will partner with 2-3 Account Executives to strategically identify and research target mid-market companies
* Develop and execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to engage high-fit companies
* Generate new qualified sales pipeline through proactive outreach via email, phone, and social channels
* Engage prospects with genuine curiosity to uncover their challenges and pain points related to customer engagement, monetization, and retention
* Effectively articulate the value proposition of Mailchimp's omnichannel marketing platform, including email, SMS, and transactional products
* Qualify leads based on established criteria and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to your partnered AEs
* As an Outbound Sales Consultant IV, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and lead qualifications in our CRM system
* Collaborate closely with AEs to understand their sales goals and adjust prospecting efforts accordingly
* Continuously learn and apply feedback to improve prospecting strategies and results

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment
* Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach) and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
* Familiarity with mid-market companies and organizations
* High level of business acumen and a foundational understanding of marketing concepts
* Strong drive for results and the ability to deal with ambiguity
* Proven ability to hit or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
