Job Description:

Hardware Refresh Project Coordinator

Location: Onsite (Seattle)/Hybrid/Remote (Open to work PST hours)

Duration: 10 months

Pay Rate: $50 - $60

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead critical infrastructure and software initiatives. This role focuses on hardware refresh projects across retail stores, strong communication between different teams & vendors, and software/tool rationalization, ensuring modernization and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead hardware refresh projects for retail stores, including planning, execution, and rollout of new infrastructure (e.g., register replacements across 100+ locations).
  • Manage software/tool rationalization projects-evaluate, select, and implement new tools or retire legacy systems.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables; track risks and ensure timely reporting to leadership.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software deployment, installation, and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, store operations, business teams) to ensure alignment with our standards and objectives.
  • Champion process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce support burden.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years in project management (business & technology focus).
  • Proven experience in large-scale hardware deployments and software rationalization.
  • Strong vendor management, budgeting, and financial accountability skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with retail infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with software selection and rationalization processes
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • PMP, CSM, or CSPO certification
  • Local to Seattle area (Not required).
