This startup specializes in helping agricultural units across the country with managing their Backoffice work and finances. They need someone who can build the product and eventually get into management to join their team.
If you are a Lead .NET Engineer who can join their team full-time and go into office once a month in their DT/Midtown office, this position is for you. The right person for their role will have full reigns to choose their technology stack alongside C#/.NET, and our client will be establishing a development team around them in the future. Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience using C#/.NET in a professional development setting.
- Leadership aspirations, or prior experience leading a development team.
- Ability to mentor other developers on team.
- Excellent coding abilities to work on numerous parts of a system or application at the same time.
- BS in Computer Science, or similar degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
