Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and work across a complex data ecosystem involving batch systems, streaming systems, Kafka, and Data Lakes.
- Engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues and support their onboarding/adoption journey.
- Design and develop tools, backend services, and AI-enabled agents to expedite issue resolution and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate across teams to identify system gaps, propose improvements, and support operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong programming experience in Java or Python.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., Kafka, Data lake ).
- Ability to understand distributed systems and debug integrations across multiple data capabilities.
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, especially around AI enablement (prior AI experience is a plus). And Cloud AWS Preferred.
