Customer priority is their production environment and then support for their cyber vault. The resident responsibilities are outlined below

Production

·       Day to day operational activities/tasks

·       Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance, user and backup policies) to identify area of improvement

·       Identity and monitor any capacity issues

·       Assist with setting Networker policies for VM backups

·       General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas

Cyber Vault

·       Monitor daily operations of the cyber vault

·       Manage capacity and performance of replication jobs

·       Review backup set reports, CyberSense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.)

·       Assist with Mtree replications (when needed)
