NetSuite Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a NetSuite Administrator in Allentown, PA.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. This role is essential in supporting cross-functional teams by configuring the system, resolving issues, managing integrations, and delivering insightful reporting. The ideal candidate will ensure that NetSuite aligns with both daily operations and long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and support daily NetSuite operations, including user and role management, workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, forms, and scripts
* NetSuite Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for all NetSuite-related inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests
* Ensure data integrity and system security through regular audits, permission management, and validation rules
* Collaborate with department leaders to gather requirements, streamline business processes, and automate workflows
* Manage and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems such as Magento 2, ShipHawk (WMS/TMS), Zoku POS, Celigo, and others
* Troubleshoot system errors, resolve user issues, and escalate complex problems to NetSuite support or external consultants as needed
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system processes, SOPs, and user guides
* Provide training and ongoing support to internal teams to ensure effective system usage
* As a NetSuite Administrator, you will test and implement NetSuite updates, enhancements, and customizations
* Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Inventory teams to ensure accurate data flow and reporting across platforms
* Assist in building dashboards and KPI reports to support leadership decision-making
* Participate in planning, testing, and deployment of system upgrades

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
* 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including configuration, reporting, and integrations
* Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, or SuiteFlow is a plus
* Background in retail, distribution, or inventory-based environments is advantageous
* Deep understanding of NetSuite architecture, workflows, and data structures
* Proficiency in creating advanced saved searches, reports, and dashboards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
* Strong preference for candidates with Magento or e-commerce integration experience
* Strong Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus
* Experience with Magento and its integration with NetSuite is highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
