What You'll Do
- Prep, configure, and install desktops, laptops, and peripherals-onsite and remotely.
- Use tools like ImmyBot, Microsoft Intune, and other deployment platforms for automation and consistency.
- Perform user data backups and system migrations with minimal disruption.
- Wipe, decommission, and document outgoing hardware per client security standards.
- Set up user profiles, email clients, mapped drives, and printers.
- Track assets and maintain accurate deployment documentation.
- Be the first line of support during and after deployments-resolving issues and answering questions with a smile.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics with clients and internal project leads.
- Maintain compliance with client-specific IT and data security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues related to new systems.
- On Call Weekly rotation after 90 days
What You Bring
- 1-2+ years of experience in PC deployment, helpdesk, or IT field support (MSP experience is a big plus!).
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and general desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Imaging tools, Intune, Active Directory, and basic network setup (IP, DNS, printers).
- Strong organization and time management-especially when juggling multiple clients and deployments.
- Friendly, helpful, and responsive-your communication skills are just as solid as your technical ones.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. of equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits.
Bonus Points
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or other IT certifications.
- Experience using RMM platforms like ConnectWise Automate, NinjaRMM, or Kaseya.
- Familiarity with Mac deployments (not required, but helpful).
