This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients on high-impact transactions across various tech verticals. Associates play a key role in deal execution and gain exposure to both strategic advisory and capital markets activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of M&A advisory and capital raising transactions (equity and debt)
- Develop and review pitch books, financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
- Conduct industry and company-specific research and due diligence
- Collaborate with senior bankers, corporate clients, private equity, and venture capital firms
- Mentor and train junior team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree required
- Minimum 3 years of investment banking or related experience
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Prior experience in the Technology sector is preferred but not required
- SIE required; Series 63 & 79 licenses required
