Position Summary:

This role involves developing data standards, predictive models, deploying automation tools to obtain and process data from different sources, and constructing data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support stakeholder decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the data analytics function to support the bank's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement data standards and best practices for data management and analytics.
- Deploy automation tools to obtain and process data from various sources.
- Construct data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Build and manage a team to support projects using statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data analytics initiatives align with business needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategies.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and develop predictive models.
- Provide actionable insights to support the bank's strategic goals.
- Design and implement data models to support business initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools to present data insights.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data infrastructure supports analytical needs.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, including experience designing and maintaining data infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies. Preferred Knowledge of Snowflake, Qlik (Talend Cloud Data Management Platform), Power BI, ALTR, and Bank industry data warehouse.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the banking industry is preferred.
