Role: Platform Product Manager Web & App Experience (MarTech)
Location: Hybrid Boston, NYC, or Miami (Onsite 2 days/week)
Duration: Contract with possible extension or FTE conversion in 2026
About the Role:
Santander s Marketing Technology team is seeking a Platform Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for its web and app experience platforms, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets) and Adobe Target. You ll collaborate across marketing, IT, and global teams to enhance digital experience tools, ensuring scalability, compliance, and high adoption.
Responsibilities:
Own roadmap/backlog for AEM Sites & Assets, Adobe Target, DAM, and Adobe Campaign.
Align platform initiatives with marketing and CX strategies.
Translate business goals into clear platform requirements and user stories.
Drive integrations, enhancements, and stability in collaboration with IT.
Define and monitor KPIs for platform adoption, usage, and business impact.
Lead enablement and training for marketing users.
Champion marketing s technology needs across enterprise forums.
Must-Have Skills:
9+ years total experience, including 5+ in Product or Platform Management (MarTech/AdTech).
Hands-on with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets) and Adobe Target.
Strong grasp of CRO, SEO, and personalization strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with global teams or first-time AEM implementation.
Background in managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
Interview Process: 2 rounds to hire.
