responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


System Testing and Quality Assurance


Design and execute comprehensive test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and integrity of systems prior to and post-implementation.


Perform rigorous system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and end-to-end testing, documenting results and ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance standards.


Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system navigation and functionality across multiple platforms.


Emphasize story and feature quality by actively participating in the Agile development lifecycle (e.g., sprint reviews, backlog grooming) to ensure user stories are clearly defined, testable, and meet high quality standards.




qualifications:

4+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, strategic planning, or risk management, preferably in the financial services industry.


Demonstrated experience in software testing, creating test cases, or quality assurance for enterprise-level applications.


Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of data for tracking and reporting.


In-depth knowledge of banking processes and systems (e.g., branch, customer relationship, or deposit/payment platforms) is highly desirable.


Proven ability to research, interpret, and apply complex regulatory or internal policy requirements (e.g., Articles 7 and 11) to daily business operations.
