Position Overview

We are urgently seeking two highly skilled Project Engineers with strong expertise in Proficy Historian, Proficy Ops Hub, and Network Management. The ideal candidates must have hands-on experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing activities for Proficy products, along with solid communication skills for customer-facing engagements.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong working experience with Proficy Historian and Proficy Ops Hub (latest versions).
  • Expertise in installation, configuration, uninstallation, and system validation.
  • Proficiency in test case creation, execution, and issue tracking/management.
  • Excellent understanding of networking, including:
    • Domains
    • Windows Security Management
    • LDAP / SSO Integration
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience working with clients in technical implementation or support roles.
  • Basic programming skills to develop simple scripts or batch files.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and validate Proficy Historian and Proficy Ops Hub applications.
  • Perform testing activities including writing and executing test cases.
  • Create, maintain, and track issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless integrations.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for system implementations.
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support ongoing project activities.

Eligibility

  • Must have the ability to work during EST hours.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
