Global Process Leader Supply Chain Collaboration (SAP SNC / SMI / IBP)

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Process Leader to support deployment and optimization of Supply Chain Collaboration tools, with an emphasis on SAP Supply Network Collaboration (SNC), Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI), vendor forecasting, and subcontracting processes. This is a strategic, hands-on role that bridges business process understanding with SAP system expertise-ideal for a techno-functional consultant who can lead cross-functional discussions and influence global design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional design, configuration, and deployment of Supply Chain Collaboration tools across global teams.
• Translate business requirements into SAP capabilities and guide Supply Chain stakeholders on optimal setup.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP SMI, vendor collaboration, subcontracting, and related planning functionality.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure integration with S/4HANA and IBP initiatives.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical gaps, and provide leadership in aligning business needs with system capabilities.
• entor internal teams on SAP best practices and business process optimization

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 10+ years SAP experience with a strong focus on Supply Chain Collaboration.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP SNC, SMI, vendor forecasting, and subcontracting processes.
• Functional configuration skills and the ability to read/interpret functional specs and design documents.
• Strong techno-functional acumen with ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP design.
• Experience deploying SAP solutions in global, matrixed environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with SAP IBP and Ariba Supply Network Collaboration.
• Prior involvement in global template rollouts or enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience working in a life sciences or manufacturing environment is a plus.
