Microsoft O365 Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced O365 Administrator to manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across various O365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Purview, Sentinel, Security, and Exchange. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender for Office 365 for threat protection and response.
• Manage Microsoft Purview for data governance, compliance, and information protection.
• Operate and monitor Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM and security incident response.

Requirements

• Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience and expertise across Microsoft 365 service.
• Should have experience in deployment and set up Microsoft services and packages.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
• Microsoft Teams (setup, policies, voice integration)
• SharePoint Online (site collections, permissions, content management)
• Microsoft Defender for Office 365
• Microsoft Purview (compliance, records management, sensitivity labels)
• Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM rules, threat detection, analytics)
• Microsoft Security & Compliance Center
• Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox management, policies)
• Strong understanding of M365 security, identity management, and best practices.
