Technical PM
The Technical Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects integrating CXOne and Salesforce platforms within a dynamic healthcare environment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives, regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional patient and provider experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Oversee end-to-end project management for CXOne and Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, define project goals, and communicate progress.
Technical Coordination:
Translate business needs into technical specifications. Coordinate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues early. Develop mitigation strategies and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Process Improvement:
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending enhancements to maximize efficiency and quality.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare regulations and company security standards.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
Skills & Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or related industry.
Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and interoperability.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, ServiceNow).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with major healthcare organizations.
Knowledge of patient engagement solutions and digital health platforms.
Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
