Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs that align with our strategic business objectives. This role will be responsible for overseeing program planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication and risk management throughout the program lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management from initiation through execution, aligning with organizational strategy and goals.

  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Collaborate across business, product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of program outcomes.

  • Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues through structured problem-solving and contingency planning.

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports that highlight program status, risks, milestones, and recommendations.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders, effectively communicating complex program dynamics in a clear and actionable manner.

  • Continuously optimize program delivery processes and communication workflows for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Act as a change agent to support strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and scalable growth.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus).

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs.

  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing executive-level materials.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
