Responsibilities:
- Manage project milestones and provide updates to key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input and assistance of transition leads
- Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Human Resources, Professional Services, IT Operations, Development teams, Release Management, Networking
- Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepared regular status reports
- Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
- Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
- Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
- Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ability to understand the business need and overall strategy and independently research and respond with the best technology solution
- Provide technical support affecting end users for our document management application
Must Have Skills:
- Project Management Experience
- Ability to manage project plans and testing plans
- Ability to provide technical support and work with end users
- Ability to write requirements as needed
Desired Skills:
- Self-starter able to work independently with limited direction. Solve problems and deliver solutions while maintaining communication across interested parties.
- Be able to gather requirements, prioritize issues across complex business processes, troubleshoot, identify solutions, work with IT to resolve issues, arrange testing plans, and manage releases.
Education/Certifications:
- A Bachelor s Degree or three or more years of work experience
