- Understanding and working experience with Mobility Carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon
- Expert in managing TEM (Telecom expense management) company
- Expert knowledge on all mobility devices
- Work with Global team on bringing the global Mobility expenses into single dashboard
- Automation of key process like Ticket, Stipend and Device orders
- Expert level knowledge on generating report, Excel and SharePoint
- Proven work experience with Global mobile services and carrier relations ship.
- Help in escalation of support from Advance support team or Level 2.
