Job Title: CORE ESINET Project Manager
Contract Duration: 6.5 Months (June 19, 2025 – December 31, 2025)
Hours per Day: 7 Hours (Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the CORE ESINET infrastructure for the Next Generation 911 (NG911) initiative. This role will manage complex, mission-critical IT projects from inception through production, including software development, hardware deployment, interface design, and user integration. The position is hybrid: 3 days onsite at 2 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY, and 2 days remote per week.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of complex IT projects, including planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Lead the implementation of ESInet infrastructure for Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP).
Collaborate with executive leadership, internal teams, external agencies, and telecommunications vendors.
Provide project management expertise to technical network SMEs for NG911 system deployment and enterprise monitoring.
Coordinate engineering, hardware, software, and monitoring system implementations.
Develop and maintain project schedules, manage deliverables, and report on risks and issues.
Oversee blended teams of IT consultants and staff, ensuring successful project integration with related public safety initiatives.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
Mandatory Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of project management experience in analog/IP-based telephony recording for complex emergency communications networks on medium/large-scale technology projects.
Desirable Skills
5+ years of vendor management experience.
PMP certification (highly desired).
Experience with IP-based systems, networking, SQL, security, telephony, TDM, VoIP, and CTI.
Experience managing software development projects through the SDLC.
Strong ability to gather end-user requirements and deliver solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments for Emergency Services (highly desired).
Work Schedule
Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Brooklyn, 2 days remote.
Monday–Friday, normal business hours.
