Job Details

Solution IT Inc. is looking for SAP CRM/SOM Functional for one of its clients in REMOTE

Job Title: SAP CRM/SOM Functional

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain and support the CRM/SOM solution
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert for the ordering, pricing orchestration process
  • Work closely with Rating/Pricing/Finance Teams to understand the business needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Serve as the Functional Lead / Point of Contract for all SAP CRM and SOM related business process matters (System Upgrades, Defect Resolution, CR Management, Implementation(s), Country Rollouts, etc.)
  • Collaborate with interfacing teams on all integration related matters.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP CRM & SOM, as well as its integration with other SAP modules.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of subscription management, order management, convergent charging, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Master Data: Familiarity with CRM & SOM objects including, but not limited to Subscription Contracts, Solution Quotations, Provider Contracts, Charge Plans, etc.
  • Configuration and Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SOM to meet specific business needs. (AVC, Product Configuration, Replication rules definition & setup, Pricing, etc.)
  • Integration Skills: Ability to integrate SAP SOM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to create detailed functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with other functional and technical consultants, project managers, and offshore teams.

Work Site: REMOTE

Duration: 6 months - Contract to hire
