Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET technologies, and integration frameworks. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying CRM solutions that align with business needs, with a focus on customization, integration, and performance optimization. Experience in the insurance domain and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions including entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.

Integrate CRM with external systems using RESTSOAP web services and messaging platforms like NServiceBus.

Develop and maintain .NET-based components including WCF services, SSIS packages, and SSRS reports.

Participate in deployment planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards for CRM 20132015.

Provide support and enhancements for existing CRM implementations.

Work in Agile development environments and participate in sprint planning and reviews

Skills Required

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (entities, workflows, plugins, custom scripts, business process flows).

Proficient in .NET technologies including WCF, SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server.

Experience with CRM integration using RESTSOAP web services and NServiceBus.

Hands-on experience in at least two CRM implementation projects.

Familiarity with CRM Sales and Service modules.

Exposure to Insurance CRM is highly desirable.

Knowledge of CRM 20132015 best practices and development guidelines.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Strong communication and articulation skills
