Job Title: Adobe Workfront System Admin and Fusion Developer

Location: Onsite in Mount Laurel, NJ

Experience- 10+ years overall and 6-8 Years with Workfront

Job Description:

A Workfront Fusion Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated workflows for existing processes within Workfront and integrations between different systems using Adobe Workfront Fusion, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization across an organization by creating and maintaining "scenarios" that connect various applications and automate tasks, while also troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users on the platform.

Key responsibilities of a Workfront Fusion Administrator:

Workflow Automation Design and Development

  • Design, build, implement and configure Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate business processes, including data mapping, data transformation, and decision logic.
  • Well versed with business workflow automation, workflow management, reporting dashboards, scenario planning, proofing capabilities within Adobe Workfront
  • Design efficient workflows to streamline business operations and enhance collaboration.
  • Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.

Solution Implementation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of Workfront Fusion solutions across processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Workfront and/or integrated systems.

Troubleshooting and Support

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Workfront processes, integrations and workflows.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.
  • Thoroughly test new and updated scenarios to identify errors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity.

User Support:

  • Provide technical support to users on Workfront Fusion functionalities, including training and resolving integration-related issues.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor the performance of Workfront Fusion scenarios, identify bottlenecks, and optimize execution times. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance.

Documentation & Training:

  • Create clear and concise documentation for scenarios, integrations, and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions for users and team members on implemented solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Adobe Workfront:

  • Deep understanding of Workfront functionalities, including project management, resource management, and reporting.
  • Deep administrative understanding of Adobe Workfront and its data model.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Provide support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively use the platform.

Workfront Fusion Expertise:

  • Extensive knowledge of Workfront Fusion features, including connectors, data manipulation tools, and scenario building.
  • Strong understanding of Workfront s capabilities, customization options, and proficiency in using APIs, creating custom API calls, and working with REST APIs.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with APIs, data formats (JSON, XML), scripting languages (like JavaScript), and database concepts.
  • Experience configuring and customizing varied processes within Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience with text mode reporting, user management, workflow/queue/custom forms configuration/customization.

Problem-solving Ability:

  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Driven, Self-starter, Proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience in understanding a process, and how information flows thru the process and apply that to a Workfront model.
  • Effective work, time management and organizational skills despite of work volume.

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical support experience with strong interpersonal communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work and collaborate with people of diverse personalities and various backgrounds.
