Role: Senior Generative Al Engineer
Location: Preferred McLean, VA / Second Preference - Richmond, VA
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize generative Al models (e.g., LLMs, diffusion models, GANs, VAEs) for various business applications.
• Lead research and development of novel algorithms and architectures in gene Al.
• Collaborate with product, enginering, and data teams tlintegrate Al solutions production systems.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers,
• Stay current with the latest advancements in generative Al and contribute to the company's technical strategy.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and ethical use of Al models Publish research findings and represent the team.

Requirements:

• Overall 10 + years of experience in the AI/ML Space
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch.JAX).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, or similar architectures.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proven track record of deploying Al models in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models.
• Familiarity with responsible Al practices and model evaluation techniques.
