Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Project Manager to join our team in Seattle, WA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & implement key training and development initiatives to drive across Parts, Distribution Services and Supply Chain.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business plans
  • Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Executes and integrate plans
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ year experience in a role requiring project/program management skills
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
  • 3+ years experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
  • 3+ years experience in briefing leaders in discussion
  • Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrates high degree of self-direction, time management, and initiative
