Roles and Responsibilities
  • Zoho One Administration: Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications. Customize modules, workflows, and blueprints, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decisions.
  • Deluge Scripting: Use Zoho Deluge scripting to create and maintain automation scripts that streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Automated Workflows & Blueprints: Design and implement workflows and blueprints to improve efficiency and ensure process consistency.
  • Business Requirements: Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and reports.
  • Documentation: Develop a data dictionary to serve as the control center for all organizational terms, formulas, and KPIs.


Must-Have Technical Skills
  • Managing and configuring Zoho One products including CRM, Desk, Sign, Projects, Sprints, Analytics, Billing, Inventory, Books, and other related applications
Flex Skills / Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with other CRM/ERP platforms
  • Programming experience
  • Database experience


Soft Skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Zoho
