Be a part of operating the world's largest cloud computing infrastructure. We are seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Logistics Operations Support positions. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence.
Operations Support Associates implement and maintain standardized organizational systems across the office and common areas to ensure operational efficiency. They coordinate space utilization, maintain organizational standards, and support various operational initiatives. They will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining tracking systems for facility resources and supporting the management of documentation. This position involves frequent interaction with various teams and stakeholders while keeping detailed records of implemented systems and standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operations support or facility management, as well as experience maintaining organizational systems and standards. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder communication is helpful.
Physical Expectations for the Role:
Requires standing, sitting, and walking for prolonged periods of time
Typically work is in an office environment where the noise level is low to moderate
Occasionally work in various facility environments
Occasionally assist in space reorganization projects
Must be able to adapt to varying environmental conditions
Work Environment:
Work primarily in office settings
Noise level varies depending on location
Temperature-controlled environment
Multiple workspace environments
Basic Qualifications:
0-2 years of experience in operations or facility support
Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to work overtime as required
Able to read and take direction in English
Must be able to lift to 25 pounds occasionally
Willing and able to move through various facility areas
Regularly walk and move throughout the facility
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to implement and maintain organizational systems
Perform detail-oriented tasks with high accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using project management tools
Understanding of operational excellence methodology
Demonstrated positive work attitude & attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Commitment to maintaining organizational standards
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Experience in space management or facility organization
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Daily Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 to 530 (30-minute unpaid lunch) 40 hours per week
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
