Job Description
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or the equivalent of 4 years of professional experience in an IT application
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience using a variety of languages and technologies preferred (preferably Jira Xray, Mercury's WinRunner LoadRunner , & Quality Center
Expert Level WinRunner 6.0 - 7.6, Test Director 6.0- 8.0, Test Director Administration, C++, JAVA, HTML, JSP, J2EE, SQL, Oracle, UNIX/LINUX)
3 + years of experience planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, documenting and/or training in a variety of SAP areas (preferably HR, Finance, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics)
3+ years of experience in Test Management
3+ years' experience working in a customer service orientated environment
3+ years' experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
Coordinate test strategy, test planning, and all testing deliverables using Agile methodology and iterative processes
Identify and manage test risks throughout the project lifecycle
Conducted and facilitated user acceptance testing (UAT) meetings with business users to identify cross-functional integrated scenarios
Define and maintain the project-specific test plan
Ensure the availability and quality of both functional and non-functional requirements
Plan, design, and manage the creation of functional and non-functional test cases
Coordinate and identify required test data sets for IT testing and UAT
Conduct meetings with project team members to address and resolve testing-related questions and issues
Conduct and communicate daily status updates and defect meetings
Ensure appropriate training for all individuals involved in testing activities
Set up and maintain the test management tool(s)
Collaborate closely with the Release Management team to determine "Go" or "No-Go" status before each quarterly release
Keep all stakeholders informed of testing activities through structured communication processes on a need-to-know basis
Conduct testing training sessions for both technical and business users as necessary
