Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our remote team. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for WMS applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed performance test reports with recommendations.
- Develop performance test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and ensure performance goals are met.
- Participate in client meetings, status updates, and technical discussions.
- Create and maintain documentation related to performance testing processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with at least 2+ years working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse workflows and integration points.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics, server logs, and database performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be able to interact confidently with clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Work Authorization:
- Any valid work authorization is acceptable (s, s, L2 etc.), but candidates must be able to work on our W2.
- Must be available to work during US business hours.
