Must keep track of SLAs and always meet the mandated time window to address audit findings, customer complaints

Engage relevant teams to research systematic issues and gaps in business processes and open necessary intakes to resolve Maintain accurate documentation of ECAF logs, research reported issues, and resolutions,

Provide executive write-up to VPs, SVPs on each ECAF
