If hybrid, # of days contractor will be required to work onsite: Please note this role will be onsite at the supplier plant based in Juarez, MX. Daily commuting will be required for this role.
Daily Schedule & OT estimate: M-F potential for Saturdays.
Job description:

5+ years of experience in PCBA manufacturing roles in Supplier Quality, operations, Quality, or process Engineering.
Hands-on Supplier Industrialization, APQP, PPAP and Program Management experience.
Excellent analytical abilities, technical writing ability, and comprehensive understanding of quality toolbox (IATF 16949, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, GD&T, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings and in-depth knowledge of quality standards and specifications in the commodities assigned.
Knowledge about FCT / EOL testing (Sifo, Athertek, GIT, and Abtest brands is a must)
Bilingual skills to communicate in English and Spanish (Taiwanese is a plus).
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on, data-driven, creative mindset, problem solver, results driven, passion for excellence.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, be part of the solution and be able to adapt to a highly dynamic working environment.
BS in a related Engineering field, MS preferred.

Years of Experience Required: 5+overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: BS in a related Engineering field, MS preferred
Disqualifiers: Candidates not willing to travel to Juarez, MX daily.
Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality work
