Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Reports Data Specialist to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

responsibilities:

- What is the purpose of this team?


- Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects.


- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? Our team responsibilities are oversight and reconciliation of coding volumes for ACA and MA projects. Reconciliations of reporting from Coding vendors to confirm images are moving based on assignments and transfers processes. Creation of reporting for our data teams for Medicare and MP programs. Working with Image repositories to load and validate inventory for 80m+ chart images. Partnering with Quality teams for Image pulls for Hybrid programs. Oversight of RADV(risk adjustment data validation) Audit reporting for coding vendors and image transfers.


Our team consists of Data analytics, medical coders and Strong leadership with an open-door policy. We are in a positive environment that appreciates lots of feedback. There are no signs that I will need additional staff.


Typical Day in the Role


- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).


- What are the performance expectations/metrics?


- What makes this role unique? Day by day can change, but I foresee that weekly reconciliation of ACA and MA will be top priority. Also, loading repository with large amounts of data and images. Daily meetings with Vendors and asks for data from teams. Much of our workload is heavy report driven using multiple reporting systems.


Performance expectations-ability to pivot to ad hoc while working on projects/ reporting. Prioritizing programs and projects.


Much of our data is very important to leadership for weekly reporting for planning.
