Location: Richmond, VA Experience: 9+ Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in designing, customizing, and implementing D365 solutions to meet business needs while ensuring scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Dynamics 365 solution development, customization, and deployment.

Design, develop, and implement Forms, Views, Plug-ins, Workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs) within Dynamics 365.

Develop and maintain custom applications and extensions using .NET, JavaScript, and C#.

Configure and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.

Utilize Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse) for extending and automating business processes.

Work with both standard and premium connectors within Power Platform.

Implement and manage DevOps processes in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments.

Handle data integrations and migrations using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS packages.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Ensure best practices in solution architecture, performance optimization, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

9+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Proven experience as a D365 Technical Lead or Developer.

Hands-on experience with customization and configuration in Dynamics 365 (Forms, Views, Plugins, Workflows, BPFs).

Strong development background in .NET, JavaScript, and C#.

Proficiency with Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

Experience working with standard and premium connectors in Power Platform.

Knowledge of DevOps practices within D365 and Power Platform environments.

Experience with data integration and migration using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and SSIS.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
