Jr. QA Analyst
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (5 Days Onsite No Remote)
Duration: FTE
What you will do:
As a QA Analyst on a team creating next generation commercially developed and deployed cloud native applications for financial institutions you will be expected to have in-depth knowledge of test automation tools, frameworks and testing methodologies along with the ability to mentor and guide more junior members of the team.
Excellent communication skills are also required as you will be collaborating with managers, developers, architects and peers to ensure the delivery of functionally accurate and bug free complex software solutions.
What you will need to have:
- 5+ years experience testing transactional and highly secured financial applications
- 3+ years experience with API, Database and UI automation testing
- 2+ years of Database and SQL experience
- 2+ years using automation tools such as Postman, Selenium, ReadyAPI or Swagger
- Proven ability to create and document detailed test cases
- In-depth knowledge of smoke, integration and regression testing models
- Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud experience
- Integrating automation tests into CI/CD Pipelines
- Experience using Jira, GitHub or TFS for test case repository
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
