Detailed Job Description:
12+ years of experience with more than 7-8 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS preferably in leading testing and implementation.
The Person should have strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
He/ She also should have Proven experience in coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts for Manhattan WMOS implementation.
- Develop and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of test cycles (FUT, FIT, UAT, Regression) and defect management.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, test status meetings, and defect triage sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Provide regular test progress reports and risk assessments to project leadership.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in testing.
