Job Details

Hiring for NetSuite ERP/OneStream System Specialist @ Bridgewater, NJ for a W2 contract position

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration
  • Create and update roles, permissions, user accounts, dashboards, item , saved searches, and reports
  • Manage operations and day-to-day end-user support of NetSuite ERP and the OneStream reporting platform
  • Maintain a limited number of workflows and scripts by working with NetSuite Support
  • Support and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Avalara & Celigo, JP Morgan, etc)
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for NetSuite questions and troubleshooting
  • Perform data imports including transactions for ELEP, Port Data Validate and WDNC
  • Coordinate Sand Box Refreshes and Integrity when needed
  • Ensure smooth month-end close and forecast/outlook cycles through close partnership with Finance and business partners
  • Troubleshoot and support integration and data issues across various applications to ensure complete and accurate reporting within OneStream application
  • Proactively monitor and streamline tasks and procedures following company standards
  • Participate in system testing, data validations, and stress testing of new enhancements/features
  • Create technical documentation, including data flow charts, system diagrams, formulas and methods for solving business problems, incorporating infrastructure requirements and interfaces
  • Update/create end user training documents

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in cloud CPM solutions
  • Expertise with NetSuite ERP
  • Expertise with OneStream application architecture and design principles.
  • Understanding of OneStream data structures and reporting cubes
  • Working knowledge in relational database technologies and administration, preferably MS SQL Server and Oracle
  • Excellent analytical, design, and organizational skills, with strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Must have a strong desire for process improvement and automation
  • Must be able to manage time efficiently with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently under minimal supervision
  • Experience with high levels of accountability; demonstrated initiative, innovation, and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to build consensus with other team members
  • Bachelor s degree in computer engineering with 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree
