Job Description :

• The resource will be responsible as the technical Linux/Windows Admin and maintain UCS servers in a VMware environment.
• **This is not a remote position; the candidate will be based in Raleigh NC and will be asked to travel to Charlotte data center for any hardware issues.**
• This position is onsite and the candidate will be ask to travel at any given time to Raleigh and Charlotte data centers for a new hardware installation or troubleshooting.
• Onsite work will be expected every other week.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Statewide travel is required to the Western Data Center that houses the software associated with this role.
• Successful candidate must provide 2 - 3 references upon selection.

• Experience as a System Administrator Required 8 Years
• Experience in Managing VMware VCenter 8.0 or later Required 7 Years
• Experience of customer support in a time-critical environment Required 7 Years
• Experience in managing Nagios. Required 7 Years
• Experience providing hands-on support of UNIX and Windows Server/Desktop environments including OS administration and systems support Required 7 Years
• Experience interfacing strongly with Security, Audit, DBA, Networking, Microsoft, and development groups. Required 7 Years
• Demonstrated knowledge of Red Hat Linux on x86 platforms. Required 6 Years
• Standard office automation products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Required 4 Years
• Ability to implement Processes and Procedures creating controls and standardization across large regions. Required 4 Years
• Experience managing and maintaining Storage such as Pure storage, VSAN and backups Required 4 Years
• Experience managing and maintaining SQL servers. Required 4 Years
• Experience managing and maintaining Windows servers. Required 4 Years
• Strong shell scripting abilities Required 4 Years
