Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft migration tools (e.g., SharePoint Migration Tool, Mover, or third-party tools such as Quest or ShareGate, Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and data governance, with a proven track record of delivering quality results.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
· 5+ years of experience performing Microsoft 365 migrations, including large-scale SharePoint and OneDrive projects.
· Proficiency with Microsoft migration tools (e.g., SharePoint Migration Tool, Mover, or third-party tools such as Quest or ShareGate.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and data governance.
· Experience with data validation, testing methodologies, and end-user support during migrations.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organizational skills to support phased rollouts and change management.
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator, or equivalent preferred.
