Senior SAP CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance our team within the Application Maintenance and Support stream for our SAP CRM on-premises system.

In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining system reliability, addressing technical issues, and driving system improvements to align with business developments. Join us to contribute to the operational success of our client.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system reliability and optimal functionality
• Resolve technical issues efficiently
• Implement system improvements based on business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
• Provide technical solutions and support to end-users
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of system changes
• Prepare documentation for configurations and procedural updates
• Assess system performance and recommend enhancements
• Support system upgrades and migration initiatives
• Deliver user training for new features and functionalities
• Maintain adherence to established industry standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP CRM
• Knowledge of application maintenance and technical processes
• Background in optimizing system performance and stability
• Skills in diagnosing and addressing technical concerns
• Expertise in deploying system upgrades and enhancements
• Familiarity with teamwork across functional areas
• Understanding of testing protocols and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency in creating documentation and delivering user training
• Capability to suggest performance improvements for systems
• Flexibility to assist with upgrade and migration activities
• Competency in promoting compliance with industry norms

Nice to have

• Certifications in SAP CRM
• Understanding of additional SAP module functionality
