Job Title: CSS Billing & Finance - Business Analyst-and GC
Duration: 8-12+ Months (Possible Extension)
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Data Management & Reporting Analyze billing data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- System Enhancements Collaborate with developers to implement updates and enhancements in the mainframe billing system.
- Issue Resolution Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring seamless operations.
- Compliance & Documentation Maintain documentation for billing processes and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a bridge between business teams and IT to align billing system functionalities with business goals.
