Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primarily design and monitor data product contracts.
Make sure that any data solution that the team is delivering meets the KPIs and requirements of the data product.
Defining, monitoring, and making sure the team meets goals across all the data product organization. Having a Business Analyst or BSA/Architect background would make an individual a good fit for this role.
Combines understanding of technology and business outcomes/values that the team delivers.

Level 3: 4-6 YRS

Must Have Technical Skills:

Techno-functional role that requires understanding of data technologies / architecture as well as bank's business strategy.
Experience with product management (Including requirements definition, managing product lifecycle).
Experience with stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
Experience with defining KPI metrics to measure business outcomes.

Candidate should have familiarity with:

a) Leading Data repositories: Big Data Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, No-SQL Databases like MongoDB, Neo4J, Elastic Stack etc. (not actually be hands on - someone who can understand what it is and can do and what it does)
b) Data technologies like Kafka Streaming, Alation Data Catalog etc.
c) Data concepts like Metamodel governance, Data pipeline orchestration and Feature engineering) Data architecture.

Preferred Skills: SQL, Power BI Elastic
