Job Description:
Pay Range: $90.20hr - $93.20hr
  • The Scrum Master (SAP Agile Delivery) will act as a servant leader for Agile teams within an enterprise-scale SAP program.
  • The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating hybrid governance between Agile and traditional PMO structures, and supporting the integration of SAP functional, technical, and business streams.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile delivery experience, SAP knowledge, and the ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a servant leader for 1 2 cross-functional Agile teams (SAP functional, technical, and business).
  • Facilitate all standard Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and empirical delivery.
  • Navigate the balance between Agile delivery and traditional PMO governance (stage gates, deliverables, RAID logs).
  • Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams such as data migration, testing, and cutover.
  • Ensure alignment with program increments and release plans as part of hybrid/agile governance.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrator Partners, and SAP consultants to maintain a prioritized backlog.
  • Facilitate story refinement and sizing sessions for user stories, technical tasks, and SAP-specific enhancements.
  • Coordinate dependencies, blockers, and risks across SAP streams and legacy systems.
  • Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos.
  • Interface with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters to synchronize team deliveries.
  • Contribute to Agile metrics and reporting dashboards (velocity, burndown, team health).
  • Use Jira or similar tools to manage team backlogs and progress.
  • Coordinate with SAP functional and technical leads (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD, Basis, ABAP, PI/PO).
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience in coordinating cross-team dependencies and Agile scaling.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
Skills:
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
  • Knowledge of MS Project or equivalent tools is an advantage.
