Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer
Schedule: Onsite Monday-Thursday. Remote Friday
Location: Houston, Texas 77002

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical skills in data visualization, ETL processes, and data integration. This role requires a deep understanding of data systems, advanced programming capabilities, and the ability to design and implement complex data solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize advanced data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using Power BI.
Design, implement, and optimize ETL processes for seamless data integration and mapping.
Work extensively with SQL, DAX, Python, and other programming languages to support advanced data analysis and reporting needs.
Monitor, maintain, and enhance data warehouse solutions and BI platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server BI).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Foster a customer-service-focused mindset with a passion for cross-training, learning, experimentation, and innovation.
Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in Power BI for advanced data visualization, reporting, and dashboard development.
Strong expertise in T-SQL and advanced programming languages such as DAX, Python, or VBA.
In-depth understanding of ETL processes and extensive experience with data
