RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Project Manager in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
The IT Project Manager leads infrastructure technology projects with a focus on construction-related initiatives. This role involves managing IT systems implementation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* The IT Project Manager will lead planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects within construction environments
* Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with vendors, manage contracts and SLAs, and monitor performance
* Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment
* As an IT Project Manager, you will identify and resolve project risks and issues; Conduct post-project reviews
* Manage internal and external resources; Track expenses and optimize costs
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with security protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* PMP certification and familiarity with ITIL or Microsoft Project are a plus
* 3+ years of project management experience, especially in infrastructure and construction
* Experience reading technical drawings and blueprints
* Strong understanding of IT systems (servers, networks, AV, access control)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
