Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage and maintain critical IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Active Directory environments to ensure seamless user access and security.
Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server systems.
Provide support for Windows 10, including troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues.
Implement and maintain Dell Technologies hardware solutions to meet organizational needs.
Manage Citrix technologies to ensure a smooth and secure virtual application environment.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to safeguard critical data and systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing Active Directory environments.
Strong expertise in Windows Server administration.
Familiarity with Windows 10 troubleshooting and support.
Hands-on experience with Dell Technologies hardware solutions.
Proficiency in working with Citrix technologies.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of system security protocols and best practices.
