This position will plan, coordinate, and execute testing of applications that support Transportation systems. In this role, you will analyze acceptance criteria to create test plans and automated testing frameworks for UI, unit, and integration testing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead software and product testing for Transportation Systems.
- Establish and implement quality assurance processes and testing strategies.
- Mentor QA Engineers in best practices and automated test frameworks.
- Ensure QA activities are performed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in requirements and design meetings to estimate testing efforts.
- Develop detailed test plans and translate documentation into test scenarios.
- Create and manage test cases, sets, and scripts using Azure DevOps.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests.
- Prepare test data and execute manual and automated test scripts.
- Track defects and facilitate problem resolution.
- Present testing results for go/no-go decisions.
- Operate in an agile environment with frequent code releases.
- Participate in application validation for production support.

- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in a Windows environment.
- 2+ years creating automation test strategies and general experience writing automation scripts using industry standard programming languages.
- 2+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for managing tasks and defects.
- 2+ years of experience mentoring Quality Assurance Engineers on QA best practices and developing automated test cases.
- 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and performing database validations.
- Experience designing and developing automation frameworks with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Bruno, etc.
- Experienced with .NET test automation frameworks such as NUnit and xUnit.
- Competent in both manual and automated testing of REST, SOAP, and JSON APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, and automation libraries such as Rest Assured and RestSharp.
- Familiar with development tools like Visual Studio IDE, Eclipse, and IntelliJ.
- Experienced in utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps for Test Plans, Repos, and Pipelines, including the integration of test automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Adept at conducting performance testing for APIs, backend systems, and user interfaces.
