IAM/IGA Project Manager
Summary
Responsible for planning, driving, and overseeing the full lifecycle of the organization s on-premises to SaaS Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transition. This Project Manager will ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality by managing the scope, risks, timelines, and deliverables of multiple projects across internal teams, vendors, and Leadership.
Responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Lead the execution of end-to-end IGA transition from on-prem to SaaS (design, build, test, deploy, operate).
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Align project scope with the defined Target State Architecture and approved business objectives.
• Manage and identify evolving scope due to business priorities or vendor platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owner and Lead Architect to ensure alignment of solution requirements.
• Facilitate coordination between workstream leads, architects, DevOps, Application Development, Security, and Operations.
• Ensure handoff processes, swim lane accountability, and decision gates are effective.
• Manage alignment with vendor delivery teams and validate deliverables.
• Provide clear status reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with Agile squads where applicable, ensuring backlog alignment with IGA transition milestones.
• Support the evolution of the Shared Services model for IAM and IGA operational maturity following the SaaS go-live.
• Drive quality assurance across the project lifecycle: design, build, test, data migration, and cutover.
• Facilitate cutover planning and minimize the need for parallel environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with complex, enterprise-scale IT programs.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing cross-functional and vendor-delivered programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• Proven experience managing SaaS transitions (experience with IGA)/IAM transitions.
• Familiarity with major SaaS IGA platforms: Saviynt, SailPoint Identity Now, Okta, Microsoft Entra, ForgeRock.
• Solid understanding of IAM and IGA domains, security, and compliance requirements.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• SAFe certification.
• Familiarity with GRC, SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST frameworks.
